Closed recirculation system per P&ID: pump sump, sand trap, bio tank and after-clarification. HydroFLOW® I Range is installed on the pressure line from the pump sump to the sand trap — from there the signal propagates through the whole connected water volume and optimises each stage of the biological treatment.
The HydroFLOW® signal makes mineral ions and colloids cluster into larger particles. They sink faster to the bottom of the sand trap — the bio tanks are relieved and the after-clarification works with cleaner water.
Because the unit is on the pressure line after the pump sump, the signal is introduced into the entire connected water volume — sand trap, bio tank, after-clarification, reuse tank and the reuse line back to the wash nozzles. The result: cleaner pipe and tank walls, fewer blockages and more stable biological operation.
